Should I prepare for GATE or CAT? I am pursuing BE in mechanical which will be completed this year.
My aggregate in engineering upto 7th sem is 68%.

8 years agoIt depends on your interests and placement opportunities at your college. If you get a placement offer, take it and get sufficient work experience which would be very helpful for you in second stage selection process in CAT.
If not then decide whether you want a career in technical field or non-technical. Find your interests. If you are good at communication, if you like to deal with situations and people, if you have a decent grip over English, go for management studies.
