The Exam IIT JEE has been bifurcated into JEE Mains and Advanced after 2013.
Now the admission in NIT and Govt/Private Colleges is through Mains and IITs allow admission through Advanced only.
Coming back to your query, Computer Engineering Colleges that are best in the country are IIT Bombay, IIT Delhi, IIT Kharagpur, BITs Pilani, and DTU.
