Should I pursue an Executive MBA/PGDM (Part Time/Virtual)? Am I eligible for admission with 4.5 years of Experience but without a CAT score?
I have around 4.5 years of work experience; I'm average Academically: 10th,74%, 12th,77% and Graduation BBA 61%. Not sure if I can to get a very high percentile in CAT/ XAT/GMAT or any similar entrance tests. Also, would prefer not to leave my job. What are my best options for career advancement?

An MBA from IGNOU can be a good option for you, but you have to clear the OPENMAT entrance test conducted by IGNOU for admission. Distance MBA of LPUDE is another option, there is no need to participate in any entrance exam.
