Should I pursue B.Tech or continue with B.Sc (Hons) in maths, my score in WBJEE is very low?

You should definitely pursue B.Tech. It doesn't matter how much you scored in WBJEE but it will matter how you go ahead now so don't think about your score in WBJEE because it's just a matter of time may be your conditions during WBJEE wasn't comfortable with you.
