Yes, after the completion of your BBA course, you can apply for IMT-Hyderabad through CAT. But as this year, the admissions process is closed you can apply for 2019-20 batch.

Yes you are certainly eligible for this college. You are well within eligibility parameters. The criteria for MBA is " PASSED IN GRADUATION WITH 50% AGGREGATE".
The scholarship depends on college and state. Most colleges don't provide scholarships but rather they help their students in getting state funded scholarships. You will have to check that from college itself to be sure.
