Sir, I am getting admission in UPES, Dehradun & Chandigarh University and Chitkara University? So which one I should choose for btech in CS?

I have scored, 67.6% in class 12th and in PCM 59.3%. Sir I belong to a middle-class family. So sir the fees in UPES is 20L(Hostel too) for which father is ready to pay but this is a very huge amount as I also have one younger brother. And in Chitkara I am getting Btech+Mtech in 10lakh. So what to do
