2 years agoHello Sushant Mane, the admissions for engineering colleges in the state of Maharashtra are not based on the ranking announced by National testing agency for the students who have appeared for JEE mains examination but it is dependent on the ranking the students will obtain in the entrance exam conducted by the State Government of Maharashtra called mht CET. Hence your score in JEE mains has not much of a relevance for admission to the majority of the seats. A very small percentage of seats are reserved for what is called as all India quota and these are filled up based on the ranking of JEE mains.
Best wishes to you.
