Yes, you are eligible to take admission in this college but taking admission would be difficult as cutoff is generally high. So you should participate in the counseling process carefully and wisely and wait till the last round of counselling.

It is hard to get admission with 88.4% in 12th CBSE examination, as the cut off at Shree Ram college of Commerce is quite high. Don't Panic, you have another very good option that is Chandigarh University.

As you have scored 88.4% in class 12th board, so you are eligible to take admission in this college for commerce. But getting a seat with this score is difficult. Although I will suggest you to participate in the counselling process and wait till the last round of the counselling process. At the same time apply for some other colleges also.
