Make sure your connectivity internet and Wi-Fi is stable and good. Once restart the laptop and check the environmental status whether the webcam and mic are in on. Then you can be allowed to do the exam when you are on the cam and mic. If you have any laptop problems then you can call the mentor or invigilator they can provide extra time for the exam.
