Exams like MAT and CAT are for admission in management school. There are several institutes which accept both.
CAT is difficult as compared to MAT. MAT is the easier version.
Course wise there is no difference in the syllabus of two, only the level of questions are different. Questions in CAT are much difficult from those of MAT. CAT is conducted once every year and MAT is conducted four times in a year

Dear praveen nothing difference. both will be same. but CAT require more preparation.than MAT. CAT score normally preferred by IIMS and other topnotch organizations. MAT preferred by business schools .
