Hi Yatin,
There are many countries to choose from. USA, UK, Canada, New Zealand, Australia , Singapore, Netherlands etc are very popular. Admission procedures differ from university to university in different countries. You must carefully select the country and universities according to the university’s eligibility, budget, location , climate and you must see if your requirements matches those. Also the course you want to study must be available. For MS courses GRE might be required but you must refer to the university individually. Foreign students must also take IELTS or TOEFL.
