What are the fee refund rules of Amity University, Noida?

<p>In Amity University Noida, Application for withdrawal from the course is to be submitted through Amizone. The college not accepts other mode of request. Given below are AUUP refund Guidelines for withdrawal of application:</p><ul><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Application withdraws with in 15 days before the academic session starts, candidates will receive a 100% refund of the semester fees and security deposit, with a deduction of processing charge of up to 5% of the </span><span data-preserver-spaces="true">fees</span><span data-preserver-spaces="true"> (maximum Rs. 5000.00).</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Application withdraws with less than 15 days before the academic session begins, candidates will receive a 90% refund of the semester fees and the Security Deposit.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">If a student withdraws within 15 days of the academic session starting, they'll get an 80% refund of the semester fees and the Security Deposit.</span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">Application withdraws 16-30 days after the academic session begins, candidates receive a 50% refund of semester fees and the Security Deposit. </span></li><li><span data-preserver-spaces="true">If they withdraw after 30 days, candidates only receive a refund of the Security Deposit.</span></li></ul>

<p>If a student withdraws his/her admission up to 15 days before the commencement of the academic session, the student will receive a refund of 100% of the semester fees and the Security Deposit after deduction of an amount not more than 5% of the fees (subject to a maximum of Rs. 5000.00) as processing charges.Refund of security deposit will be processed online within one month (Subject to loss of item, if any) after deduction of Gown Rent of Rs. 100/-.</p>
