    Hi there,
First of all, BITS-Pilani and BIT-Mesra are entirely different. The procedure for admission in these institutes is also different. BITS-Pilani has their own admission test named BITSAT. While BIT-Mesra takes the admission based on JEE Mains rank. Now in BIT-Mesra, a score of 150+ in JEE Mains is needed to get admitted in the first round itself (for general category students). However, this may differ as per the cut-off of JEE Mains in that particular year.
    All the best.

Hello there, the only criteria for admission in BIT MESRA is the JEE Mains ranks. Please do check the last year's opening and closing ranks for BIT. You will get a rough idea about the rankings needed for admissions. All the best.
