After graduating in BBA from RICS, students are well-prepared to face the industry expectations. With a curriculum that has been designed to give them hands-on, industry-led experience; they are conditioned to have a deep understanding. Students are given the RICS international pedigree and global linkages to leverage, so they can gain the most out of the exposure. We do not just train them to be job-ready but groom their soft skills as well, so they can manage teams and exhibit exceptional people management skills. Pass-outs can get placed in the global market at highly reputed positions. The highest CTC is about 12 LPA and the average is around 7.4 LPA. They get placed in companies like Space Matrix, Vedas, HDFC, Godrej, TATA, JLL etc. The roles are project leader, project planner, project coordinator etc.

Hello all, First of all I share the placeement reaults for RICS School of Built Environment, Amity University, Mumbai for 2014-16 batch: RICS School of Built Environment (RICS SBE), Amity University has placed 100% of its second batch (2014-2016) of MBA graduates in leading Indian real estate, construction, consulting firms and banks. The average CTC offered to graduates is Rs. 7.2 lakhs, and the highest offer is Rs.18.2 lakhs. Top recruiters include KPMG, JLL, HDFC, Colliers International, Cushman & Wakefield, Sothebys International, TATA Housing, MCHI CREDAI, Mahindra Lifespaces, Ambuja Neotia, Godrej Properties, SARE Homes, Turner & Townsend, L&W Construction, AECOM, SYConE CPMC, Shapoorji Pallonji, Leighton India Contractors, TATA Consulting Engineers, amongst others. Job roles were diverse, ranging from investment advisory to research, valuations, transactions, housing finance, business development, sales and marketing for MBA REUI graduates and project planning, project management, quantity surveying, project innovation, commercial & contracts for MBA CPM and MBA CEQS graduates. As per the results the college seems to have a good placement result and most importantly the college is about Ethics.
