There are plenty options other than JEE and BITS and BITSAT exam is pretty similar to JEE in PCM part. If your English and mental reasoning is good, you would be able to get a good score. BITS Pilani is in fact better than NITs and new IITs as per expert opinions. Appear for state level engineering exams and crack it with a good rank. These exams are easier than JEE Mains or Advanced. A person, who has prepared well for JEE, must be able to crack tests of VIT, SRM, Manipal, etc.
