Hello Poorvika, there appears to be some confusion in your mind. Let me try to clarify. Admissions to engineering graduation course is based in students passing 12th or equivalent exam with minimum prescribed marks. In addition, they have to clear entrance exam assigned by the concerned state. Fir NUT etc. , a student has to appear for JEE Mains. For deemed to be universities, each one conducts its own exam.
