1. Detailed Marks Certificate, in original, of the lower examination from the University/Board
2. Migration Certificate, in original, issued by the University/Board
3. 10th DMC (Only for NIOS Board, New Delhi)
4. Eligibility certificate from GNDU, Amritsar at the time of admission.
5. Affidavit (specimen enclosed) of the value of Rs. 3/- attested by Local Executive Magistrate.
6. Domicile certificate of the state concerned from the competent authority for non-resident of Punjab State.
