Hi.
No, you will not fail in internal exam because there are no such rule in BHU.You need 40 out of 100 marks, it is not matter how do you get this.If you do not appear in the internal, then you will get zero marks in internal.As you know internal is only 30 marks, 20 marks written test and 10 marks on attendence or on assignment, it depends on teacher what he likes assignment or attendence.
