The cutoff trend for BTech at Indian Institute of Technology, BHU, Varanasi has been increasing in recent years. In 2021, the round 1 closing rank for BTech CSE under the general category for all India quota was 836. In 2022, it increased to 858 and now in 2023, it is 1010. Likewise, the cutoff ranks have changed from 362 to 389 for OBC, 220 to 218 for SC, 126 to 121 for ST, 120 to 125 for EWS, and 32 to 51 for PWD.
