What has been the trend for cut off in BTech in Computer Science and Engineering in IIT Kanpur last few years?

<p>The cutoff trend for B.Tech at IIT Kanpur - Indian Institute of Technology has been increasing in the recent years. In 2022, the closing rank for B.Tech. under general category for all India quota was 237. In 2023, it increased to 238. Likewise, the cut off ranks have changed from 155 to 146 for OBC, 94 to 77 for SC, 43 to 41 for ST, 55 to 47 for EWS, 12 to 13 for PWD. This trend is likely to continue in the coming years, as the demand for engineering education in India continues to grow. Similar cut off trend can be seen for female candidates under all categories however the ranks are slightly different.</p>
