If two candidates get the same score in BCECE, the exam authority will follow the tie-breaking criteria. The details are as follows.
- Candidates securing higher marks in Maths and Biology papers will be given preference
- If the tie still exists, then candidates securing higher marks in Chemistry and Physics papers will be given preference
- In case of a further tie, candidates older in age will be given preference
For 50 per cent reserved seats of Agriculture and Horticulture streams, the tie will be resolved as under:
