What initiatives are in place at LPU to facilitate hands-on learning experiences for students in real-world industrial settings?

<p>To this end, Lovely Professional University (LPU) has put in place a number of initiatives that will see the students have a real-life experience of learning in the industrial setup to ensure they are ready when it comes to employment in the industry.</p><p>The curriculum of the university provides relevant exposure to the students in the form of summer training, full term internships, on the job training, study tours, and skill enhancement workshops. Students have also received good practice by doing an internship in giant industries like Cognizant, Microsoft, Infosys, ABB, and ISRO.</p><p>LPU has forged partnerships with such industry giants as Google, Microsoft, Intel and Bosch which has eased its entry into specialty laboratories and trained together in more applicable technologies such as AI, data Science and robotics .</p><p>Along with that, the university also has live industry projects, hackathons and startup bootcamps, where students have an opportunity to use their theoretical knowledge in solving real-life problems.</p><p>All these efforts combine to make sure that the LPU students have a chance to get themselves immersed in the real world experience as well as acquiring skills that will help them to soar in their individual careers.</p>
