What is asked in RULET GD and PI?

RULET Rajasthan University Law Entrance Test) GD (Group Discussion) and PI Personal Interview are conducted as part of the selection process for admission to the five-year integrated law programme offered by the University of Rajasthan. In the GD candidates are divided into groups and given a topic to discuss among themselves. The purpose of the GD is to evaluate the candidate's ability to communicate effectively, work in a team, and present their thoughts clearly and logically. In the PI candidates are individually interviewed by a panel of experts. The purpose of the PI is to evaluate the candidate's personality, communication skills, knowledge, and overall suitability for the programme. The topics for the GD can vary and may cover Current Affairs social issues, legal topics, etc. The questions asked in the PI can also vary, but typically cover the candidate's motivation for pursuing law, their understanding of legal concepts, their problem-solving skills, and their career aspirations.

In RULET 2023, topics of socio-economic importance are given. In PI candidates are asked questions based on knowledge of the general domain. Candidates are asked about their general knowledge and Current Affairs around the subjects.
