What is executive MBA? What is the eligibility criteria to pursue this course?

Hi, Executive MBA programs are typically designed for working professionals. The Executive MBA course spans over a year where the programs utilises the team approach to disburse the learning’s. The course works in groups and enables each person to learn for each other’s experiences. Thus there is diverse sharing of practical knowledge on various topics which results in a very informative and challenging learning experience. Executive MBA students are usually in the mid-stage of their career. They may be earning an executive MBA to increase their career options or simply to update their knowledge and brush up on skills they have already acquired. Executive MBA students are almost never at the beginning stages of their career. Students at the beginning level tend to be better suited to traditional MBA programs that cater to student of all ages and experience levels. Now coming to eligibility criteria then please remember there are several eligibility criteria’s that have to be considered while considering an Executive MBA course. To pursue Executive MBA one needs to have at least 3 years of work experience and a bachelor’s degree from recognized university. There are some colleges that insist on aspiring students having a post graduate degree too as a criterion. Other than this, depending on the institute’s requirements, the aspiring students would have to clear the entrance exams, the group discussions and the personal interview rounds.
