Dear partha, there is only one program i.e. pgpm (hr) with manpower group. the other option is you go for normal pgdm with hr specialization. whereas the pgpm (hr) program is focused towards developing industry ready hr professionals where as the other program will give you a holistic idea about different management functions with concentration in hr. the pgpm (hr) students will also undergo a specialized training program with manpower group which is one of the world's largest hr organization. as far as placement is concerned there is no historic data as this is the first year of the program. as far as the overall placement of gbs is c...more -
Hello partha! I am also an mba aspirant and belong to kolkata.The present job scenario in kolkata is quite vulnerable.Frankly speaking,Marketing profiles job are available in the market.Finance is ok bt for hr it is a big reason to worry.I don't want to demotivate you,i hv just told you the present scenario.Gbs said min is 4.5lpa,avg 6.8lpa,highest 22lpa.pgdm offered by aicte and need to have 50% above through out and pgpm offered by institute itself(without affilialiation).Best of luck!
