    TOEFL ( Test of English as Foreign Language) and IELTS (International English Language Testing System) are tests for English language proficiency required to study or work abroad.     ToEFL and IELTS. is an exam to prove English language proficiency when you are going from non English speaking country to an English speaking country. ToEFL is an online exam. IELTS is you have write it in pencil. Both has four modules as Speaking Listening Writing and Reading papers.
