For reserved category students, the admission criteria for B.Tech. in Computer Science Engineering at Tezpur University is based on All India Rank (CRL) of JEE (Main)-2025 conducted by the NTA. The eligibility criteria include a minimum of 75% (GEN/EWS/OBC-NCL) and 65% (SC/ST/PWD) aggregate marks or equivalent grade point in 10+2 standard or equivalent examination with pass marks or equivalent grade point in Physics, Mathematics, Language, Chemistry/Biology/Biotechnology/Technical vocational subject, and any other subject. The seat reservation for JoSAA/CSAB is 40%, for NE Quota is 60%, and there is no seat reservation for CUET-UG.
