This supplemental Apply Web form collects the information we need to finalize your admission as an international student. You will use the form to securely upload a copy of your passport, demonstrate that you have adequate financial resources to enroll in your degree program, update your mailing address, and inform us about any dependent family members who may be coming with you to Ithaca.
