Some institutes put the age criteria of the candidate to be less than 30 years. Therefore, you are eligible for the journalism course. Join NIMCJ for BJMC course without the age limit.

7 years agoIf you have any such issue stopping you from pursuing a course in Mass Media and Journalism, Distance Learning is the available option.
Distance Learning is one option where the age bar is not kept in the eligibility for doing a course.
BJMC, as well as Master Degree, are allowed.
The Latest Prospectus says: For all Undergraduate Programmes where
entry qualification is 12th pass other than MBBS/BDS is 21 years.
However, for B.Voc, it is maximum 45 years.
See Page 45: http://www.ipu.ac.in/pubinfo/admission2018/adm2018main/ADMBRO2018A_190218.pdf -
The upper age limit to pursue BJMC is 21 years.

Hi...
CUET‑UG 2025 exams were held between May and June.
Results came out in early July 2025.
After results, universities run admissions/counselling (seat‑allotment, document verification, fee payment, etc.).
Because of that — classes typically begin a few weeks to 1–2 months after result declaration, depending on how quickly admissions are finalized. For example, one major university recently began new session for incoming CUET‑UG students on 1 August 2025.
