Dear Ikrar,
Being alumni of LPU, I can tell about the placements of mechanical engineering only instead of KJ Somaya COE.
My cousin did his BTech in ME at LPU and got placed with a package of 7 LPA.
LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every of the eligible students to secure good placement. Zee News Survey rated us as 11th Best in India in Placements.
Top companies visited for placements: Volkswagon, Voltas, Anglo-Eastern Ship Mgt., Asahi India, Rockman (Hero group), Dharam Consulting, Samundra, Indo-MIM, Sandhar Technologies, JK Lakshmi Cement, Maruti, Lava, XL Dynamics, Asahi India, Cleanmax Solar, Elgi Equipments, etc.

During KJ Somaiya College of Engineering placements 2023, the average package offered was INR 9.76 LPA. Moreover, around 405 Engineering (Branch-wise) students were placed KJ Somaiya Engineering placements 2023.

Faculties are highly qualified, most of the faculties have done their Ph.D and others are pursuing, They have at least minimum of 5 years of experience and ample amount of knowledge, both theoretical and practical knowledge.They are cooperative and whenever you need their help they are ready to help you out.
PEP classes start right away from the first semester itself in form of Communication Skills and continue till the final semester covering: Analytical Skills (Logic Reasoning and Verbal Reasoning) Quantitative Aptitude Skills Technical Aptitude Skills Presentations and Soft Skills Mock Exercises (Mock Interviews, GDs, Mock Tests, etc.) All a student has to do is to maintain a good academic record and personality to ensure his/her placement.
The syllabus is updated every 6 months which personally, It has separate lab facilities available for each course like robotics Lab, research lab, postgraduate lab, aviation lab, lab for fashion designing, advance kitchen lab etc.
Mechanical Engineering students at LPU are provided with enormous opportunities of placement drives.
