    The eligibility criteria for admission to the Master of Law (LLM) programme at the Indian Law Institute (ILI) in New Delhi are as follows:

    1. Must be of Indian Nationality.
    2. Should have secured a Law Degree from a Foreign University with at least 50% aggregate marks or equivalent grade.

    Additionally, candidates applying for the LLM programme at ILI must meet the following criteria:

    • LLB degree from a recognised university with at least 50% marks from India or a foreign university.
    • Must have passed the admission test conducted by ILI.
