    Based on my research,

    Eligibility of B.E./B.Tech at College of Engineering Vadakara:
    1. The minimum educational qualification required for the applicants is passing 12th grade with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics and scoring marks of at least 45% (40% in case of SC/ST).
    2. Admission Test: Admission is on the basis of Kerala Engineering Architecture Medical (KEAM) entrance examination.
    3. Age: Must have attained 17 years by 31st December of the year of application.

    B.E. / B.Tech eligibility at College of Engineering Vadakara (CEV) calls for the qualification as appearing Higher Secondary Examination (12th) or equivalent and obtained 45% of marks in aggregate, where 40% for SC/ST candidates. Also, candidate must have appeared for the Kerala Engineering Entrance Examination or any equivalent entrance test. The candidate must be an Indian citizen and meet age criteria according to the norms set by the university. Admission is basically through KEAM ranks, and candidates from reserved categories have seat reservations.

  • Candidates who have passed higher secondary examination, Kerala or examinations recognised equivalent thereto, with 50% marks in Mathematics separately, and 50% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics put together are eligible for admission. (Criteria may vary from time to time as per the direction of Entrance Commissioner and specifications in the Prospectus of Entrance Examination).
