3 years agoEssentially, the policies established by Maharashtra's DTE of technical education control admittance to VIT. Students must pass the MHT CET admission exam as well as the 12th grade with the required topics. For students who do not reside in Maharashtra, admission will be granted through the "All India Quota" system based on JEE Mains ranking. 3 years agoAdmissions to VIT are basically governed by the policies laid down by the DTE of technical education in Maharashtra. Students have to clear 12th grade with the subjects mentioned and have to appear for and clear an entrance examination called MHT CET. However, for non-Maharashtra students, JEE Mains ranking will be used to give admission under what is called the "All India Quota.
