It is too difficult to give the eligibility criteria for IIMA in absolute terms but I'll give you a picture.
To get a call from IIMA, you need two thing:
CAT scores weighing 70% and Application Rating (Class 10+ Class 12+ Bachelor exam score) score weighing 30%
For CAT percentile, you would require 99 percentile up (say a 99.8 percentile) to have a chance.
Now, if you get a call the selection process is divided into 3 things mainly:
    Personal Interview
    Group Discussion
    What (Writing Ability Test)
Please note that your work experience and co-curricular activities in school and college makes a very big difference(positive) to your application.

Primary requirement of all IIMs is a very good CAT score. When you will fulfill the eligibility criteria to appear in CAT I.e you may graduate with 50% or in final year, in case of engineering pre final year students are also allowed than only concern to get good percentile in CAT. On the basis of your CAT percentile and your academic performance, you will get call from different IIMs. For IIMA, more than 98 percentile is generally required.
