<p><strong>SPA Delhi PhD eligibility criteria</strong> state the conditions to be fulfilled by candidates seeking admission. Students who fulfill any one of the following conditions are eligible to apply for PhD courses:</p><ul><li>Obtained a master's degree in relevant field or its equivalent conducted by any other recognised university/institutions with a minimum of 60% marks, or</li><li>Completed a bachelor's degree in Architecture/Planning/&lt;a href="https://www.shiksha.com/engineering/civil-engineering-chp"&gt;Civil Engineering&lt;/a&gt; or its equivalent conducted by any recognised university/institution with a minimum of aggregate 80% or 8.0 GPA and minimum three years' experience (relevant to the proposed topic) in teaching/research/professional practice, or</li><li>Completed a bachelor's Degree in &lt;a href="https://www.shiksha.com/architecture-planning-chp"&gt;Architecture&lt;/a&gt;/Planning/Civil Engineering or its equivalent conducted by any recognised university/Institution with a minimum of aggregate 60% or equivalent grade and minimum ten years of experience (relevant to the proposed topic) in teaching/research/professional practice, or</li><li>Master's Degree in allied disciplines, as decided by the respective Departmental Research Committee (DRC) on case-by-case basis, relevant to different streams offered in this School by various departments, with a minimum of 60% and minimum ten years of experience (relevant to the proposed PhD topic) in teaching/research/professional practice</li></ul>
