MBA is a post graduate degree hence, basically all graduates with minimum 50% marks are eligible. However, in your case, since you are a diploma holder, you are not eligible irrespective of any work experience. Therefore, you should try to pursue any degree through distance mode of education, while working; and then apply for MBA.

Hi,
As per your query it seems that you have not done graduation and pursued diploma after completing your 10th.
So as per your profile you are not eligible to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program.
Please remember in order to pursue full time MBA or PGDM program you need to be graduate in any field with atleast 50% marks in graduation, plus you need to take various management entrance test like CAT, MAT, XAT, SNAP, etc.
However as per your profile you may consider pursuing diploma in management course from IGNOU.
Feel free to discuss more.
All the Best.
