Yes, you are eligible for IISER. I have several students in my batch who are from PCB background. Of course, one always benefits of having studied PCMB till 12th. However, in our institute, in the 1st year, the students are encouraged to pick up courses from PCMB and EES as well. Hence, it would be good if one learns a little math or biology before coming to the institute in case you have not done it in 11th and 12th. -
