Well, I doubt whether you can get an admission or not in Chandigarh University, because the basic cut off under normal circumstances is 60% in PCM but you don't even have 50% marks. -

You need to get at least 50% marks in all subjects. You are not eligible for any college. It would be better if you go for an improvement exam.

You are not eligible. Every institute even if they do have enough students has to admit student as per the minimum qualification prescribed by AICTE. You need to score minimum of 50 percent marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics together and individually.
