    The LPU Physical Efficiency Test (LPUPET) evaluates candidates' physical fitness for admission into programs like B.P.Ed., M.P.Ed., B.Sc. (Health & Physical Education), and B.P.E.S. Unlike academic entrance exams, LPUPET assesses physical capabilities through a series of practical tests. The exam includes:

    • 50-meter sprint: Tests speed and agility.

    • Standing broad jump: Assesses lower body strength and coordination.

    • Overhead back throw: Evaluates upper body strength using a 3 kg medicine ball for men and a 2 kg ball for women.

    • 1000-meter run/walk: Measures endurance and stamina.
