For your kind information, ICAT provides the highest value for money by offering two degrees at the same time without charging one rupee extra in tuition fees for students who opt for the second degree. For 85,000 you get Bharathiar University and Birmingham City University, UK Degree. This value is not provided by anyone in India except ICAT.
