The fees structure is generally as per the students! If you are a first graduate, the fee will be around 3000 or if you are the second graduate then the fee will be around 8000 and the exam fee will be around 1000. -

You have not mentioned place from where you will be completing your diploma but I am sure, it must be from TN. You can definitely seek lateral admission in 2nd year of engineering based on your marks of the Diploma.
