Let me tell you LPU provides ample opportunities to each and every eligible student to secure good placement with the help of a dedicated Division of Career Services. The university has been ranked high by various outer agencies with regard to the placements of our students. More than 550 companies visit every year for such activities and campus recruitment of students from LPU. Big brands like CEAT,Khimji Ramdas, Ernst and Young, Flipkart,Federal Bank, Moodys Analytics, Blue Star, Zomato,Berger Paints, Marico,Forbes Marshall,Upgrad Education, Havells, Apollo Munich Health Insurance, Cavin Care, Hetitch, Nerolac Paints, Oyo Rooms, S& P Global Market Intelligence, HDFC Bank, etc. coming to LPU for students placement. Being the active member of Alumni Committee i came to know this in 201920 highest package offered was Rs. 16.6 Lacs per annum. Students are getting average package of 56 lacs per annum. It is not like that companies are coming and taking the students. We are given proper inputs then we become placeable. LPU is known for its 100% placements in many programmes. In 201920 98% students who were eligible got placed. LPU focuses on every step. Let me explain: 1.Personal development is all about confidence, communication skills, presentation skills, body gestures, dressing sense and attitude. And LPU works for the personality development of the students through teaching strategies. 2.Discipline Knowledge is provided by the faculty in a very effective manner i.e. simulation based, case based teaching etc. LPU faculty believes that basic concepts must be clear, don't cram the things. We were given opportunity to participate in discipline oriented activities like Hackathons, Business Plan Competitions, Moot Court, Go- Kart, Youth Festivals , Tournaments etc 3.Internships : Internships play very important role for gaining exposure and experience in the field. 4.Pre-placement activities play very important role for reaching at our final destination i.e. PLACEMENT. PEP classes are conducted to work on our Aptitude, Soft Skills & Generic skills, Mock Drives, Mock Interviews, Group Discussions are held for our grilling. As a general rule for placements, a lot more will depend upon your own hard work, communication & presentation skills and overall preparation. This would be true for any university you enroll in. As far as I know, LPU has always been praised for its placement of MBA students and its Mittal school of business is one of the best B schools in the country. It has been ranked highly by every passing year. Moreover each year thousands of students apply to this school of LPU because of their innovative teachings and top-class placements. LPU has a separate division for placement of students which groom students entirely from scratch and make them strong and skillful, boost their confidence and personality. The average salary at LPU for an MBA student lies somewhere between 4LPA to 6.5 LPA. Also, maximum students sitting in the placement drive are placed making it a proclaiming thing in itself. Around 150 companies including the very prominent ones like ITC, Hyatt, Kelloggs, MRF etc. Visit the campus every year to recruit students from this domain. If you are hard & smart working student and are sincere enough towards your studies, you might end up with a salary package that you may never have thought of. These kinds of incidents happens very frequently at LPU. Here are some of the points that I think makes LPU a very wise option for MBA: 1. The placements are exemplary. Many of my known alumni are placed in very good and reputed companies in different cities and some are placed abroad also Industrial exposure is offered through in-house training programs. 100% Placements Of Eligible Students In MBA With the highest Offered Package Of Rs 21 LPA.
