Why you are consider about the minimum Marks?
Class 12th is your base, so try to build it strong, as much as you can. If your base will Strong, then you can easily score above 80%-90% in board and entrance exam, so try to focus on base not on marks. -

Generally for most of the university the criterion is you should have minimum of 65% marks in overall and in mathematics and in PCM is required to take admission in B.Tech degree course. For reserved candidates the percentage varies from 50% to 65% according to the university. 60% marks is the base, considered by all the good institutes. After B.Tech, you need to clear GATE for getting into IITs and NITs for M.Tech and also for PSU jobs.
