<p>The National Testing Agency has given the NEET 2024 Helpline Number and the email id wherein candidates can contact the exam officials in case they face any difficulty. The emails can be sent anytime.&nbsp;</p><p>The email id wherein candidates can write to NTA officials are neet(at)nta.ac.in and neetug2025(at)nta.ac.in.&nbsp;</p><p>Candidates should provide the following Information while raising any payment related query/grievance through QRS/email/Helplines:</p><p>a. Name of the Bank and /or Payment Gateway.</p><p>b. Date and time of the transaction</p><p>c. Transaction Number</p><p>d. Bank Reference Number &nbsp;</p><p>e. Proof of transaction</p><p>f. Screenshot from the payment portal (in case of payment failure).&nbsp;</p><p>However, candidates may face difficulty in terms of getting connected with the helpline numbers or getting a response through email. They are advised to be patient and keep trying until their issue is resolved.&nbsp;</p>
