What is the procedure to take admission in Panjab University, Chandigarh to pursue B.Tech?

Hello Gurpreet. You can definitely do B.Tech from Punjab Engineering College. The admissions will be based on JEE Main Rank and the eligibility criteria of the college. So you need to take this exam and prepare for the same. All the best!
