What is the process and fees for admission of students from other state who can't apply for KCET?

PES University KCET Cutoff 2025 was announced till Round 3 for admission to BTech, BPharm, and BArch courses. The KCET BTech Cutoff 2025 ranged from  6056 to 15958 for the students belonging to the General AI category. This category faced the toughest competiton for the B.Tech. in Computer Science and Engineering specialisation. On the other hand, B.Tech. in Mechanical Engineering was the easiest specialisation. If you belong to the General AI quota, yes 29000 in KCET is considered to be a good rank for BTech admission at CMR University. In 2025, the closing ranks ranged between 36709 and 55398 in General category, therefore candidates with a lower cutoff rank of 29000 are more likely to secure a seat at CMR University for BTech course. However, final admission also depends on minimum eligibility, seat availability in a particular round, etc.  

 Karnataka Common Entrance Test (KCET) results have been announced for all BE/BTech specialisations for the General AI category. As per the KCET Cutoff 2025, the cutoff ranged from 234 to 15717.5 in the first and the last round closing ranks. The hardest specialisation for admission proved to be B.E. in Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning in the last round closing cutoff with 742 as the qualifying rank. 

MS Ramaiah University of Applied Sciences KCET Cutoff 2025 has been released for all categories for admission to various BTech course specialisations. For the General AI categories candidates, the KCET Cutoff 2025 ranged from 92799 to 11215 in the last round closing ranks. NMIT Bangalore KCET Cutoff 2024 has been released for all rounds and categories for students belonging in the AI and HS quota. As per the KCET Cutoff 2024, the closing ranks ranged between 9819 in the first round and 12227 in the last round for the General AI category candidates. For the OBC AI category, the cutoff fell in the ranges of 9818 and 1227, same as for the General AI students. For more information, click here.
