One of my friend who belongs to OBC category got 93% in CAT and this time selected for IIM, Kozikode. So if you got at least 90% in CAT exam than you get a call for GD and PI or WAT or PI round.

Sorry to say this, but there is no minimum percentile, it depends on your past marks and also, your peers. As a cumulative, score is considered for calling people for interviews.

As an OBC category student to get calls from top Iims like IIM A, B, and C you need to have above 98+ percentile. For other old Iims like IIM K, L, and I.You need to have above 95+ percentile and 97+ to increase the probability of your conversion.

For OBC category, you should get above 90 at least or take your target as 95 to be on a safer side.

According to IIM Ahmedabad short-listings criteria 27% of the seats are reserved for NC-OBC. Note: Creamy OBC Candidates are considered similar to General Category. For Non Creamy OBC, You can get a call from ABC at 98 percentile & all other Top B-Schools after scoring 96 Percentile if you've a decent profile. Note that definition for a decent profile, differs for each college. As you might not get a call from IIM Ahmedabad even at 99 percentile if you've less than 75% in Xth or XIIth. That will depend on your academics. With good enough academics you can get an IIM A/B/C call at 95 percentile and with not so good academics you might get a call at 99 percentile or so. Converting the call into admission depends on your interviews.
