Hi,
All India Law Entrance Test is the entrance exam conducted by National Law University, Delhi for admission to its 5-year degree program. The pattern of AILET is very different from all other exams. The exam is divided into 5 sections which include English, General Knowledge, Maths, Logical Reasoning and Legal Reasoning. 150 questions, carrying one mark each are to be answered in 90 minutes. Further, there is no negative marking.

Like most entrance exams for law, AILET also follows a similar pattern. The following are the topics that the paper is divided into (along with my inputs on how to prepare):
1. English - Brush up your Basic English and comprehension to prepare for this section.
2. General Knowledge - This is a very wide category and covers a lot of topics, including science and basic history, geography. It will also include general knowledge (both static and current). It is advisable to pick a guide for general knowledge and go through it.
