Your readings from undergrad should suffice.Macroeconomics (national income accounting, monetary and fiscal theory, solving IS-LM numericals, exchange rate mechanism, numerical on economic growth models, Fishers inflation theory, Philips curve, etc)- again, readings from undergrad should suffice.
