Yes, you can fill the UID DAT B.Des and M.Des application forms offline. The application is for INR 2000. The application form must have a photograph, signature and must be sent to the address given by the institute.
Candidates must have passed 10+2+3/4 years degree OR must have 5 years Diploma (pass/appearing) in any stream from a recognised institution or university.
